Quick book and pattern destash

All gone- but more destash coming soon ... I do this on Instagram too when I don't have time to get it all on the blog @verykerryberry if you are on there!

Destash: Quilting Books and Fabric

I have said before, this is a little house, I can't keep everything so here comes another destash- and the last one for a while I think!  If you are going to Fat Quarterly Retreat I am happy to bring any of these for you to save on postage.  Leave a comment or email me if you are interested- and there must be your email in your profile or comment to respond to.  Mail prices have risen sharply recently, especially airmail, so if you are outside the UK please email to find out the cost.  I have checked my book prices- all cheaper than Amazon!  All books in excellent condition.  All postage is second class, if you would like recorded delivery it will cost an extra £0.95.  I will be invoicing via paypal once I have let you know if your chosen item is available.   Here goes:

1.  Miniatures in Minutes by Terrie Sandelin. A very detailed book with a novel foundation piecing method for making tiny quilts.  I am including a pack of vellum paper with this as it is part of the technique.   £10 + £2.20.  

2. Mollie Makes issue 6 £2.50 + £1.60.  The free gift is long gone but magazine is all there!

3.  Farmers Wife Book with Template CD, immaculate!   £7 + £2.20

4.  The Modern Quilts Source Book by Bill Kerr and Weekes Ringle.  A great set of quilt patterns and details on using different colour ways, quilting techniques and planning your own designs.  I have had this a while and found it really useful when I started making modern quilts.  £8 + £2.20

5.  Hope Valley Stack.  I love Hope Valley but I have used it in a few projects now and so I am ready to let go.  The pile on the left is scrappy bits- around a fat eighth or smaller and different shapes.  The two FQs at the front left are unused FQs.  The stack to the right are all Fqs- 7 in total with small shapes cut out of the edge- for example a small quarter circle for a drunkards path block, or a small rectangle 2" x 4" so they are almost complete.  There is a pound of fabric here, 450g if you are metric!  £16 plus £2.20 postage.

6.  Japanese spotted linen- 100% soft 'washed' linen.  Lovely quality, £7 for 2 +£1.30 postage.

7.  Japanese Note Paper fabric.  This is one large piece measureing 124 x 80cm in total.  There a re 6 "squares" of different colour and designs, each measure 33 x 35cm and there are borders in between.  Medium weight, e.g. suitable for bags/purses.  A blend of 45% linen, 55% cotton.  I have zig zagged all round the edge because I pre-washed it and didn't want the raw edges to fray.  Lovely quality.  £10 + £1.30 postage.

Final destashing before postage prices go up, I am happy to send anywhere but postage costs rise out of the UK (see below for details).
1.  Sevenberry Winter marching print.  Beautiful quality cotton, pale pink background.  24" length across width of fabric with a chunk (11" x 12") cut of the corner.  £2.50 taken!

2.  Winter Tree print- can't remember which manufacturer this was from, possibly Michael Miller. FQ £1.50. taken!

 3. Apples print, out of print now I think.  FQ £2.50. taken!

6.  Amy Butler Coriander, out of print.  FQ £2.50. Taken!

 7. Heather Ross Far, far away 2.  The first pic shows the bits I have cut out and the rest of the length is intact, all the pieces apart from the grey roses print are long FQs.  This fabric is a linen/cotton mix and so has a heavier weight.  The second pic is there to show the main prints.

 Three quarter yard long cuts with small sections cut out at one end and 7" length width of fabric grey roses.  £8. Taken!

Destash

I live in a little house, space is at a premium, and as much as I like to hoard (secretly a lot, but I don't want to lose my grip on reality) it is time to destash!  Postage costs go up from 30th April here so I thought I would do this before the price hike.  UK and European countries only please! 

1. R. Kaufman Metro circles.  The top two are both half yards and the bottom two are FQs.  A small piece has been cut out of the two FQs.  I am selling these as a group for £10. sold!

2.  A 100% linen Lecien from the Mrs March collection, 1 yard, £7.  sold!

 3.  Yuwa sewing print, a long quarter yard cut, imported from USA, £2.50. waiting for confirmation

4. Alexander Henry "Farmdale Delicious" print, Fq plus at least a F8 in total, £3 waiting for confirmation sold subject to payment

5.  Anna Griffin print for Riley Blake.  Ribbon print.  Half a yard but in length, not width of fabric- a bit like 2 fqs stacked on top of each other!  £3.  sold!

6.  Windham Tea for Two collection, kitchen print,  full width of fabric, 26" length,and a bit over, £3.

7.  Coordinating Windham tea for Two print, width of fabric, 15 inch length so well  over a skinny quarter yard. £1.75.  sold subject to payment

8.  Pink lightweight quilting cotton with Umbrella print, well over 1 yard, £2.sold subject to payment

 9.  R. Kaufman print, I think it might be metro market, FQ, £1.75.

10.  A repro of feedsacks, each print is approx 5 1/2" x 7" and there are 18 full prints in all, printed on a calico type cotton, Joan Kessler for Concord fabrics.  £3. waiting for confirmation sold subject to payment

11.  Half a yard of Lecien from the Grandmother's Garden collection, £3.sold!

12.  A selection of Heather Ross Mendocino from various projects, the sea weed prints in the bottom right corner are the largest lengths, the orange and the brown are bigger than FQs.  The other prints are various scrap sizes. £12 the lot! sold!
