Hot on the heels of Quilty Fun, the lovely Lori Holt has also managed to produce Great Granny Squared, published by Sew Emma, the publishing arm of the Fat Quarter shop.
Kimberly has been kind enough to send me two copies so here are some of my favourite pics from the booklet and I have another copy right next to me now waiting to be claimed- see the giveaway at the bottom. Beatiful pictures, clear instructions and diagrams and as ever, wherever Lori is involved, there is quilt and vintage eye candy.
GIVEAWAY CLOSED. WINNER DRAWN
I will draw an entry randomly next this time next week- good luck!

ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great book. Lori's designs are always so cute. I've been thinking about trying some granny squares this year. I'm in Japan, so no extra chance, but just wanted to say that finding English quilting books is next to impossible over here, too. When you do find one in a new or used bookstore, they are usually very spendy.
ReplyDeleteI was just about to try to start one of these quilts after seeing a gorgeous one online! I would love to use Lori's pattern as she has done a beautiful job. Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteLooks like such a cute book! Thank you for hosting a give-away!
