I am so Texty Mama Said Sew Giveaway

You may have heard about a new little online fabric store with a vintage retro twist...
Sew and Quilt
Jessie, or Messy Jesse as you may know her,  has just opened Sew and Quilt and she has plans to stock it with a wonderful  dolly mixture selection of pretty prints with familiar fabrics like Liberty Bloomsbury pastels and Aneela's Cherry Christmas, plus  a touch of nostalgia with vintage bedlinen bundles and  Aunt Grace style 1930s repro prints.   Jessy has only just started getting stock in and she has given me a little preview info that  the new Pam Kitty Love Collection is coming very soon.  You can see these darling prints in use at Nanette's blog Frieda's Hive- a lovely place to visit  for a bit of vintage style and Nanette is a friend of Pam's so well placed to use her prints in the most perfect way possible.  One of my current favs in stock right now at Sew and Quilt  are a selection of Mama Said Sew prints, including these texty lovelies.  I can never have enough of text prints like these and the last Sweetwater text print like this in the Authentic collection,  became a hard to find must have for texty print lovers.
And look, here they are again, 2 fat Quarters all bundled up and ready to be won!

    It's a great idea for a shop - hope it's a huge success!
    I'm not really sure what's out there that I can't find in the UK but I'd love to be able to buy mathematical/science texty fabric - numbers, equations, diagrams, graphs...

    I would like to see some prints with an art theme. My daughter is an art teacher and it would be fun to have fabrics with paint brushes, palates, art frames, little artist figures, etc., and maybe some text fabric with art terms.

    As I was waiting for the website to load I was going to say vintage bedlinen but I see they have that covered already! How about vintage buttons and other trims? Also how about some of the Japanese (?) fabrics that look like vintage dry goods/flour sacks?

    I'd love to see vintage sheets. FQ's and charm packs aren't too difficult to get hold of, but if i want to back a quilt with a vintage sheet it takes some serious searching!

    I've recently found it really hard to find Dan Bennett's fabrics in the UK/Ireland, he's with Rowan at Westminster. And I am totally with the last commenter, I've looked for vintage sheets in the past for backing and been unable to find them too! In fact interesting yardage for backing with really big interesting prints would be lovely, for those of us (me!) who are often too lazy to piece the back of a quilt as well!

    I happened to visit 'Sew and Quilt' few days ago and really like the shop! I think her style is wonderful! I would love to find art-theme fabrics as already said but also fabrics that are like painted! Colourful and like hand-drawn or painted.

    I find it hard to find Lecien and Lakehouse in the UK - e.g. there was a fab line called 'Folk Art Fancy' or something similar and I couldn't find it in the UK at all. I love Japanese style prints like Echino which I am slowly beginning to find in the UK.

    I would love to see more Japanese fabrics that are perfect for fussy cutting. But I also think that fabric lines like Aneela's fit the bill perfectly for this so more to do with style than where it is designed or manufactured. Thanks for the giveaway.

    I would like to see more solids and patterns that actually match up... I.e. the plain material is exactly the same as the plain parts of the patterns. Sorry, I know that is probably asking too much.

    Actual vintage and some modern fabrics (maybe some Japanese?) would be great. It would be nice to find there fabrics which are not designed by popular designers, but still are beautiful. "Kitschy" fabrics would be great too!

    I'm not very familiar with what is and isn't available in the UK, but I'd like some solids that aren't quite solids (if that makes sense). Something with more contrast than a shot cotton that looks vaguely solid from a distance, but not close to.

    I love Bari J's lines for Art Gallery Fabrics and all their fabrics just feel so delicious!
    I'm beginning to despair of finding Monica Solorio-Snow's Winterkist line from Lecien in the UK although this might not fit in with Sew and Quilt!
